Plans and Fees: Major health insurance
plans such as HMSA, HMAA, HMSA Quest, Tricare, UHA, AlohaCare Quest are
accepted. I offer counseling services through EAP networks such as Compsych,
Horizon Health, Ceridian, ACI, Magellan, Corporate Family Network, Network
Advantage, Workplace Options. If your insurance plan is not applicable, one
session is $90 plus GE Tax.
Education and
Training:
Graduate of John F. Kennedy University Graduate School of Professional
Psychology. Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Certified in Somatic
Experiencing and Advanced Hypnotherapy. Provider for California Problem
Gambling Treatment Services Program and EMDR trained. Former elementary
school counselor in California. Former grief counselor at Contra Costa Crisis
Center.

My office is near Koko Head Avenue Exit on H1 Freeway. Turn
onto Center Street from Waialae Avenue (Bank of Hawaii is at the corner).
One hour free parking available at the second parking lot on your left. (Do
not park at the Bank of Hawaii parking, please.) After parking your car,
cross the Center Street. Enter into another small parking lot behind the
Bank of Hawaii. (See the picture above).
Pass a small shop on your right until you see the entrance
door next to the loading dock. There is a sign on the roof eave marked,
"Franklin Variety Building 1215 Center Street". Enter the door,
walk up the slope, follow the long winding hallway to the end. After
turning right near the staircase, you will find a door says, "To
203". Open this door and you will find my office door marked,
"203". If this is your first visit, I will leave your paperwork
on a chair next to the office door in the hallway. Please complete the
forms before your appointment time.

The office is on the 6th floor in
the 8-story square tower called,Pearlridge Office Center, on Pali Momi
St. It's across from Pearlridge Shopping Center (Sears and Longs
side) and Pali Momi Medical Center.
You may enter from Pali Momi Street
traffic light next to Big City Diner, or from a driveway next to Toys
R Us on Moanalua Rd. Free two story parking next to Toys R Us
and Big City Diner. The office is at Suite 600 on the 6th floor.
If this is your first visit, I will leave your paperwork in a wall
pocket next to the TV. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier and complete
the forms before your appointment time.
My office is cold with
air-conditioning so you may want to bring a sweater.
