If you are an adult and requesting individual online counseling, please leave a voice message at 808－744－7655: １）your name with spelling, ２）HMSA plan type such as PPO, HMO, Quest, or Federal ３）your phone number twice. I will call back later if I have an opening （this is a land line. I cannot exchange text messages.) I will not return your call if I don't have any opening. I am not accepting EAP or child/couple/family.
